Constructed from a robust mix of reinforced 450D polyfabric and rip-stop textile, this jacket is built for durability. It incorporates large stretch softshell panels to enhance mobility and features PU reinforcements in high-abrasion areas, including the shoulders, elbows, and forearms. For changing temperatures, the jacket includes a detachable full-sleeve thermal lining (100g body, 80g sleeves) and extended direct ventilation openings on the chest with an overlap back closure to optimize air circulation while riding.

The Andes v4 offers a highly customizable fit through waist adjusters, a collar drawstring, bicep snaps, forearm straps, and adjustable wrist closures. The elongated hem provides greater coverage in the rear for added comfort in the riding position. Practical storage is abundant, featuring multiple waterproof (WP) and water-resistant (WR) pockets, including two internal pockets, water-resistant cargo pockets with quick-access functionality, and a large waterproof rear compartment. Additionally, an integrated hydration hose loop on the chest supports long-distance touring needs.
