The helmet features a thermo-injected shell incorporating a specialized polymer blend with varying degrees of thickness. This design is precision-engineered to provide the ideal combination of impact protection and weight reduction. The lightweight outer shell is constructed from impact-resistant thermoplastic, while the inner shell utilizes a composite fiber assembled between the outer shell and the EPS liner to maximize structural integrity.
Superior Impact Management
Safety is at the forefront with a 6-piece EPS liner featuring five distinct densities to effectively manage volume and impact performance across different zones. A polished inner EPS liner with a low-friction coating reduces rotational acceleration forces during oblique impacts. Additionally, the advanced visor release system is designed to detach with a pre-determined amount of force, significantly reducing potential forces on the rider’s neck during an impact.
Ventilation and Comfort
Stay cool under pressure with maximized ventilation featuring ten inlets and seven exhaust ports. The visor is specifically designed to direct airflow into the ports for enhanced heat transfer exchange. For a personalized fit, the crown and cheek pads can be tailored to the rider's head, supported by 3D contoured foam for all-day comfort. Supporting sustainability, the comfort liner is constructed using recycled materials for a lower carbon footprint.
