The Arai Quantum-X is engineered for the dedicated rider seeking superior protection and comfort. Specifically designed for a round oval head shape, this helmet utilizes a specialized interior head liner that combines thicker front and rear pads with thinner side pads to provide a perfect fit for riders whose heads are slightly wider rather than elongated.
Safety is at the forefront with the Peripherally Belted - Super Complex Laminate Construction (PB-SCLC) shell. This design combines multiple materials and advanced techniques to deliver high-performance impact management. The Variable Axis System (VAS) shield system further improves "Glance Off" ability by lowering the pivot point by an average of 24 mm, making the shell surface area in the critical temple area much smoother and better able to reduce impact energy entering the helmet.
For optimal visibility and ease of use, the helmet features the VAS-Max Vision (VAS-MV) shield, which is compatible with the included Pinlock 120 MaxVision lens. The improved VAS latch captures and securely holds the shield closed to prevent unexpected opening, while also offering an intuitive de-mist function and seamless operation.

QVF & QVR Intake/Exhaust Ducts: Features three-position intake and exhaust ducts for excellent airflow performance. Side vents serve as exhaust even when the front shutter is closed.

FCS® Cheek Pads: Contoured shape with multiple layers of varying foam densities supported by a foam "spring" to cradle the face, making the helmet easier to put on while blocking wind noise.

ES Chin Cover: A water-repellent chin cover comes installed to enhance the "Egg Shape" of the helmet, smoothing airflow and increasing exhaust from the mouth area while reducing noise from below.
