Every helmet is engineered with a rugged yet lightweight injection-molded ABS outer shell. This is paired with a three-piece internal Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) safety liner designed to efficiently dissipate impact loads and fortify the helmet structure. For internal comfort, the helmet features a removable and replaceable comfort liner and cheek pads. These components utilize brushed fleece Lycra touch points and quilted open-cell foam padding to effectively absorb and evaporate perspiration during long-range rides.
The integrated eyeport features an injection-molded, laser CNC-cut polycarbonate shield. Engineered for durability and clear vision, the shield is secured by rugged hinge hardware with robust detents and stylish aluminum covers. These detents allow you to open the shield at slow speeds to increase airflow while maintaining stability. For added safety and detail, the internal architecture includes a molded urethane chin bar pad or internal BioFoam pad with hand-sewn contrast stitching. For those who stay connected on the road, the EPS liner includes molded recesses specifically designed to accept various aftermarket audio and Bluetooth communication components.
