Engineered for all forms of off-road riding, the Bionic XTR Plasma Protection Jacket features anatomically profiled Nucleon Plasma protectors mounted in a soft-touch chassis on highly breathable padding for supreme levels of protection, comfort, and airflow. This jacket is equipped with a composite Nucleon Plasma and semi-rigid thermoplastic protector construction on the chest, back, shoulders, and elbows for maximum impact protection while remaining supremely adaptive to the rider's movements.
The floating Level 2 CE certified chest protector and back protector utilize a composite construction with a semi-rigid thermoplastic outer shell mounted on highly perforated 3-D mesh. This design provides the optimum blend of protection, light weight, and flexibility. The Nucleon Plasma material is a viscoelastic structure engineered from bio-based polymers, designed to be pliable in all directions while effectively dissipating impact energies. For a personalized fit, the jacket includes adjustable shoulder and side straps with a V-configuration to follow the curvature of the spine and prevent material bunching.
Practicality meets performance with a slim-fit stretch mesh chassis featuring a central zipper and removable elbow and shoulder protectors for easy washing. Strategically positioned padding on the sleeves and sides offers additional coverage, while the ribbed liners ensure superior airflow against the skin. This protection system is also fully compatible with Bionic Neck Support systems via integrated pull tabs and a removable back puck.
