At the core of this gear is patented Microwire™ technology, which utilizes micro-sized stainless steel fibers encased in a proprietary waterproof coating to provide even, consistent heating. The system is designed for complete modularity; the jacket includes pre-wired glove connections, while the pants feature integrated connections at the cuff for heated socks or insoles. Impact areas are reinforced with Genuine CORDURA 500 denier and rip-stop material, while an AQUATEX breathable waterproof G-Liner membrane with a Durable Water Repellent (DWR) finish ensures you stay dry in the harshest conditions.

- Heating Zones: Liners feature multi-zone Microwire™ heating, including the collar, chest, sleeves, and back for the upper body, and the legs and hips for the lower body.
- Ventilation & Comfort: Indirect exhaust vents and direct thigh ventilation provide airflow management, while telescoping Lycra comfort cuffs with thumb holes and calf zippers with Velcro closures ensure a secure fit.
- Safety & Durability: Reflective panels enhance visibility, while Superfabric panels on the knees and leather grip panels on the inner leg provide professional-grade protection.
- Hardware: Heavy-duty YKK zippers are used throughout, including connections for jacket-to-pants attachment.
IMPORTANT: All Gerbing installations require a Battery Harness and Temperature Controller for operation (sold separately). We strongly recommend the use of a temperature controller with this product; failure to do so may cause discomfort and burns.
